ABOUT ME
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker experienced in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Mental Health with a special interest in Child and Adolescent Mental Health including pre and postnatal mental health, birth trauma, parenting adjustment, and attachment.
My practice utilises a relational approach meaning I work with you as a partner in the process in which we both seek to understand the difficulties that have brought you to seek support.
I use an integrated practice framework including attachment models such as Circle of Security and PACE model, trauma-informed models such as Internal Family Systems and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and, cognitive models such as Schema Therapy, and others as indicated.
In addition to private practice I have 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families across various roles in public mental health.
